Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Pay : $15.50 – $16.50 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a loving, enthusiastic 1-Year-Old Teacher to join our Farmhouse Family! The ideal candidate is dependable, creative, and passionate about early childhood education. You’ll work alongside a co-teacher to maintain routines, foster independence, and build positive relationships with families while creating a fun and caring classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for one-year-old children.
• Follow daily routines and classroom schedules with consistency and care.
• Implement lesson plans using Experience Early Learning’s Mother Goose Time Curriculum .
• Track developmental milestones and communicate daily progress to families.
• Use Brightwheel , our classroom communication app, to share updates, photos, and reports.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with your co-teacher and administrative team.
