A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager, Business Systems & IT.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a scalable project management framework for IT and Business Systems initiatives

Manage critical cross-functional programs from scoping through hypercare, ensuring governance and standardization

Lead initiatives to optimize internal workflows and provide clear updates on project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a technology environment, with 3+ years in managing IT projects or business operations

Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects; PMP or similar certification is a plus

Experience with software asset management, vendor negotiation, and technology budget management

Strong knowledge of process documentation and optimization methodologies

Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for consensus building among diverse teams
