Annual Base Salary : DOE, $76,000-$93,000 along with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package

Job Summary

The Ellison Medical Institute seeks a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to play a vital role in managing and optimizing our HR systems and processes, focusing on data integrity, reporting, and operational efficiency. This position leads HRIS workflow configuration, data audits, and reporting within the UKG platform to ensure accurate data drives strategic decision-making. As a trusted partner to managers and employees, you will provide frontline HR support, spearhead process improvements, and ensure compliance within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
