Job descriptionAddress issues identified during initial design reviews and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate across teams to resolve design issues, clarify scope, and ensure project alignment. Provide clarity and direction to support Production during the build and test processes. Coach and mentor the next generation of technical talent. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred 2+ year experience preferred Proven experience in electrical design, project engineering, or manufacturing support roles. Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and power system design principles. Knowledge of bill of materials (BOM) creation and management.
