Job Summary :

We're seeking a dedicated part time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team for school based assignments. As a BCBA, you'll play a crucial role in helping students develop their behavioral skills and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervisions in accordance with requirements from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseloads
• Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance treatment outcomes for assigned caseload

Qualifications :

• Current BCBA certification
• At least 2 years of school based experience implementing ABA interventions and or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities
• Experience training school staff and parents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member
