What You Will Do

As Creative Director, you will establish Paynuitys creative vision and ensure that every customer-facing touchpoint, digital product, website, print collateral, events, and investor communications, embodies our standards of precision, security, and forward-thinking design. You will pair hands-on design expertise with strategic leadership, guiding projects from concept through execution while continually raising our visual bar.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, the Creative Director leads Paynuitys Marketing & Brand function. You will own brand strategy, drive cross-functional creative initiatives, mentor internal and external talent, and work closely with Product to deliver intuitive, on-brand UX / UI experiences.

Brand Leadership

• Define and maintain brand standards for visual identity, tone, and messaging.
• Conduct regular brand audits to ensure alignment across all assets.
