Position Summary :

The infrastructure Administrator will work closely with other departments to properly manage various data centers, infrastructure, IT, and business systems.

The Infrastructure Specialist will provide day-to-day support to employees, as well as desktop support and project support for multiple data centers and throughout the organization.

Responsible for assisting with deploying, maintaining, and repairing the computer and network infrastructure of Trionfo.

Duties and Responsibilities :

End User Support :

• Provide service and support to a variety of end users by creating trouble tickets, answer questions, and resolve problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the virtualized infrastructure including opening and managing support tickets.

Asset Management :

• Track and manage the company’s IT assets.
• Documentation :
• Create and maintain documentation of diagrams, FAQ’s, and other technical documentation.
• Follow procedures and policies to ensure effectiveness of company internal controls and associated documentation pertaining to change management within our systems environment and access to systems.

Infrastructure Management :

• Maintain an existing local / global server infrastructure.
• Participate in implementation of approved changes from Department Head to network security including maintaining firewalls, configuring VPN, managing host security and user management.
• Build and deploy PCs, laptops, printers, copiers, and other technology equipment.
• Support Cisco E-Mail Security Appliance (Anti- Spam / Encryption / Web Filtering), as well as various technologies including FortiClient End-Point Protection, Encryption.
• Monitor backup systems.
• Administer Windows server 2019 / 2022 ADS, DHCP, DNS.
• Maintain servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, company mobile phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
• Maintain physical security of areas where sensitive information is stored (e.g., ePHI, PCI and PMI data).
• Participate in remediating internal and external network and system vulnerability scan results.
• Monitor and respond to alerts from SolarWinds monitoring system.
• Implement approved changes requested from Department Head to Fortinet Firewall and F5, network switches including VLAN, IIS farm.
• Operate and maintain the HyperV software on virtual servers and hosts providing support for virtualized desktop services
• Assist with critical database incidents and problems and provides resolutions in a timely manner.
• Participate in BCDR testing that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis.
• Ensure security of all company data, network access, and backup systems by adhering to Trionfo’s policies.
• Participate in implementing components of information security (e.g., system security, physical protection of computer systems, and related buildings and equipment).
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company.
• Participate in on-call rotation including weekends.
• Required Teleworking as needed. Must adhere to Trionfo’s Teleworking Policy by demonstrating fundamental controls and practices in protecting Trionfo’s information / assets required by candidate to complete job duties at remote location as specified in policy.

Education, Experience, and Other Skills :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in information technology or related field.
• 2+ years Azure management experience.
• A combination of education and / or experience may be considered.
• Working knowledge of HiTrust or PCI, a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move all components of workstations, servers, network equipment, peripherals, and other ancillary equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds.
• Ability to work out of our Itasca office when necessary, as well as up to 10% travel may be required within the state of Illinois to our data centers.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with no restrictions and possess reliable transportation.
• Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client / server technology.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Travel Requirements : Based on business needs, up to 10% local travel will be required.
