Are you passionate about supporting employees and driving HR excellence? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of HR functions, help foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, investigations, and HR processes.
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Provide training to new managers on HR procedures.
• Assist with job descriptions, job change letters, and background checks.
• Conduct and analyze exit interviews, recommending actionable improvements.
• Support compliance efforts, including mandatory and non-mandatory training.
• Help maintain and communicate the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart.
• Perform routine HR tasks related to compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, and more.
• Maintain organized employee files and HR records.
• Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

Annual Compensation :

$70,000-$75,000 + yearly bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
