  • Technology Integration : Utilize camera systems (e.g., Samsara) and other tools to monitor and enhance driver performance.
  • Regulatory & Financial Accountability : Oversee documentation, audits, and transaction processing with precision and transparency.

  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance
  • Proven leadership experience in logistics, dispatch, or fleet operations
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
