- Responsible for on-site field visits to supervise the installation of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment and perform routine repairs.
- Partner with customers to ensure excellent communication and service.
- Responsible to insure all new or modified installations of equipment and electrical components have been completed to ensure full functionality according to applicable industry standards, company standards, and customer specifications.
- Review performance reports and documentation from customers and inspect malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine nature and scope of problem.
- Analyze inspection reports to determine source of problem.
- Make repairs, replacements, or other corrective actions.
- Coordinates problem resolutions with Field Service, Engineering, and other inter-company departments to expedite repairs.
- Maintains records of reports.
- Responsible for submitting reports to the Field Service Supervisor.
- Provides recommendations to Field Service Supervisor on recurring equipment problems noted in the field to instigate corrective action in design, production, and / or service to eliminate future problems.
- Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on site, ability to work overtime.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
- Lead employees within the field service department.
- Directing employees’ work; providing for the safety of the employees; planning the work; determining the techniques to be used;
apportioning the work among the workers.
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with Kelvion Inc.’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Must demonstrate and exhibit professional qualities when speaking with employees, whether in a one-on-one scenario or a group setting.
- Responsibilities will include planning, assigning, and directing work; resolving problems.
Pay : $25+ / hour DOE
