Our renovated communities offer the modern touches and elevated service levels that customers expect. We are a small and nimble company looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant interested in working in a newly acquired property. We are in a lease-up situation and about to undertake major renovations. There is a huge opportunity to lease 50+ vacant units now and likely over 100 units in the first 12-18 months.

POSITION

Leasing Consultant (40-hours per week, At-will)

Time Period : Full time

COMPENSATION

• Commensurate with experience including salary, leasing commissions and bonuses
• 15 Days PTO

SUMMARY

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for assisting with leasing operations and managing existing resident needs from Urban Phenix’s office and the field. In addition to leasing units and maintaining the lead management queue, the leasing consultant will also perform move-in and move-out duties to help the properties run smoothly. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience beyond the standard Leasing position that will help career advancement. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday 9 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm. Lease-up hours will include limited time on Saturday by appointment only for leasing tours.
