About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Director of Community Engagement to spearhead the development of an innovative secure computation network destined to transform high-value data storage and usage globally. This remote role is perfect for someone with a deep-rooted understanding of crypto culture and a notable history of community leadership in the crypto / Web3 sector.

The key responsibilities include : building and executing innovative community strategies, leading programs, ensuring cross-organizational alignment, hosting events, monitoring community sentiment, team development, and risk management. Candidates should possess at least 4 years of extensive experience in community growth and engagement, coupled with strategic and analytical skills, and a solid technical understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized systems.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and possess the leadership capacity to manage and inspire a team of community ambassadors. Experience in startups or Web3 protocols and an active presence on Twitter are advantageous but not essential.
