Collections Associate

QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing : High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in business from an accredited college or university preferred. ExperienceOne (1) year of collections experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. High volume collections experience a plus. Skills & Knowledge Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good customer service skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work independently or in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
