As a Program & Project Management Manager at RSM, you will lead the delivery of large, complex transformation engagements across multiple industries, including public sector and healthcare. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects and programs ranging from $600K to $2M, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of project governance and delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience managing complex projects and programs, ideally within the $600K-$2M range. Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies. Experience with transformation initiatives involving regulatory compliance, operational modernization, and system integration. Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to lead discovery conversations and support business development efforts. Preferred Experience PMP certification. Experience leading end-to-end project management within the Government / Public Sector, including compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards. Exposure to Healthcare transformation initiatives, particularly involving Medicare and Medicaid. Familiarity with public sector documentation, governance, and audit requirements. Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive cross-functional collaboration.
