Leasing and Marketing Manager

Description : Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Property Manager to lead operations and strategic planning for our flagship commercial office building, 100 N. Broadway in downtown St. Louis. This role offers a unique opportunity to go beyond daily management taking ownership of capital planning, tenant relations, leasing coordination, and asset performance. Top performers will have the opportunity to take on additional assets within our portfolio, growing your impact and role over time.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily property operations with support from a building engineer and chief engineer.
• Manage operating and capital budgets; track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Review and prepare monthly financial reports, accruals, and variance analyses.
• Transition from Yardi to a new property management platform in collaboration with internal accounting.
• Lead vendor contract negotiations, manage service quality, and ensure timely invoice approvals.
