Human Resource and Talent Development Intern
$16.5 - 18 per hour
The Human Resources and Talent Development Intern will acquire practical HR experience while putting your skills, intelligence and creativity to work in a high-energy, fast paced, customer and employee focused restaurant. You will work directly with key personnel within the Human Resources Department, assisting with the planning, training and development of Team Members. The intern will learn all aspects of the HR division of the business including : Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, Employment Law, Statistics, Organizational Behavior, HR Strategy, Workforce Planning and Staffing, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate possesses positivity and diligence, effectively executing tasks with enthusiasm and accuracy. They are people-oriented with excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills including the ability to multitask and think outside the box.
