Vice President of Growth & E-Commerce
About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned growth leader to own profitable, compounding revenue across acquisition, conversion, and retention. This is a high-visibility role where you'll set strategy, oversee the entire digital customer journey, and drive the next phase of scale.
If you have a track record of delivering 9-figure revenue growth, managing large budgets, and leading cross-functional initiatives that tie together product, brand, and data - this is your opportunity to make an outsized impact.
What You'll Do
- Set growth strategy & roadmap : Own annual / quarterly targets, budgets, channel mix, and MER / payback windows.
- Lead the full customer lifecycle : From acquisition to retention, ensuring seamless integration of brand, product, data, and marketing.
- Optimize digital experience : Oversee Shopify / Plus and other platform decisions, API integrations, and customer flows.
- Grow subscriptions & reduce churn : Build lifecycle marketing through segmentation and flows (Email / SMS / Push).
- Build a strong metrics backbone : Partner with data teams on LTV, channel payback, subscription health, and margin tracking.
- Drive experimentation & reporting : Maintain a visible experiment backlog, deliver weekly insights, and monthly board-level memos.
- Develop clear OKRs : Align financial models with brand objectives, ensuring measurable growth outcomes.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of progressive leadership in growth, marketing, or product.Proven ability to deliver 9-figure revenue growth and manage large budgets.Strong fluency in data-driven decision making, experimentation, and unit economics.Deep experience in D2C subscription-based businesses (health, wellness, or pet industry a plus).Low-ego, collaborative leadership style with the ability to roll up your sleeves.Compensation & Benefits
