Location : Murfreesboro, TN 37129

Contract- 3+months

Schedule : 3rd Shift, 10 : 00 PM 6 : 30 AM

Pay Rate : $47 / hr- $51.97 / hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! Were looking for a dedicated and skilled Medical Lab Scientist IV to join the Core Lab team at our Murfreesboro location in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform high-complexity testing in a fast-paced core laboratory environment

Analyze samples for chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and coagulation

Operate and maintain lab instrumentation; perform QC and maintenance procedures

Work independently during night shift operations

Accurately document and communicate test results

Interface with internal clinical teams to ensure proper lab workflow and efficiency

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Biological / Chemical / Physical Science required

Minimum of 1 year of clinical lab experience in a core lab setting

Generalist experience across chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and coagulation required

Certification through ASCP or AMT required

Must meet CLIA standards for high-complexity testing

Experience using Cerner PathNet is preferred

Must pass color vision screening

Ability to work independently and handle a busy night shift

Reliable and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

This is a contract position (91 days) with potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
