Job descriptionLead, train, and motivate the Fleet & Commercial Sales team Develop and manage relationships with business, municipal, and government clients Structure and price commercial vehicle deals, including upfitting solutions Coordinate vehicle sourcing, inventory, and delivery logistics Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealership's commercial footprint Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through exceptional service Proven success in commercial, fleet, or automotive sales management Strong leadership and B2B relationship-building skills Experience structuring deals for business or government accounts Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities A proactive, hands-on approach and passion for delivering results

This is an exceptional opportunity to oversee a growing segment of our business, manage key commercial accounts, and develop a high-performing fleet sales team all within a respected, customer-first dealership group.
