Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Superintendent for long-term work!
Our client is a full service General Contractor that specializes in commercial and residential multifamily builds. Work will be in the Milwaukee-Madison, WI area.
Annual salary $70-90k.
Job duties :
- Know the scheduled delivery dates for all critical path material and equipment.
- Know submittal schedule.
- Budget and cost management
- Quality control.
- Have good working knowledge of carpentry
- Implement safety program. Conduct regular safety inspections to assure all working conditions and work habits follow company, standards.
- Assist in resolution of conflicts.
- Participate in the project management functions.
- Assure punch list is completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications :
- 5+ years as a leader within the construction industry, either as a Foreman and / or Superintendent.
- OSHA-10 certified, OSHA-30 preferred.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading residential and commercial construction projects to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans accurately and successfully perform construction take-offs.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Commitment to ensuring workplace safety and thorough knowledge of safety regulations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
