A company is looking for a Division Director of Clinical Research and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development, implementation, and management of clinical research projects

Enhance and maintain the clinical trials infrastructure for clinical research

Lead a diverse team, coach and mentor team members, and support professional development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science from an accredited college or university

12+ years of experience in management and oversight within clinical trial teams

5+ years of experience working in cancer clinical trial teams

Experience in regulatory requirements, budgeting, and contracting for clinical trials

Familiarity with clinical trials electronic data capture platforms
