JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Accountant responsible for executing the month-end financial close process, developing strong relationships with finance and business partners, and ensuring the integrity of the internal control environment. This role will collaborate closely with the Financial Business Integration team to support new business initiatives and develop relevant accounting requirements. The ideal candidate will also play a critical role in supporting external audits and driving projects aimed at enhancing close efficiency and automation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Execute the month-end financial close process efficiently.
• Forge robust partnerships with finance and other business departments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for the internal control environment.
• Liaise with the Financial Business Integration team for launching new businesses and formulating accounting standards.
• Handle audit requests, contribute to quarterly reviews, and undertake ad-hoc projects to improve close efficiency and automation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Industry Experience Required :

Experience in a high-tech or start-up company is highly preferred, reflecting the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the work.
