Position : Full Time (36 Hour Weeks) - Night Shift (12 Hour Shifts)

As a caregiver at Swedish First Hill, you’ll apply your specialized training to deliver world-class healthcare with a human touch, making a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

Your Responsibilities :

• Employ Nursing Professional Practice : Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Develop and coordinate the patient’s plan to achieve goals and optimize outcomes.
• Advocate : Promote ethical and holistic care by partnering in care planning to uphold the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.
• Facilitate Learning : Create a learning environment for patients, families, and team members, fostering both formal and informal education.
• Align Practice with Safety and Quality : Ensure safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence-based practices into nursing care.
• Engage in Professional Development : Pursue ongoing professional growth and practice within the legal parameters of nursing standards.
• Lead in Practice Setting & Community : Coordinate teams, delegate appropriately, and collaborate with inter-professional care teams.
