About the role
We’re searching for a Group Media Director to lead high-impact media strategies that drive business results and innovation across channels. This role plays a key part in our Media Planning and Activation discipline, responsible for overseeing integrated media strategy and investment, collaborating with analytics and activation teams to deliver measurable outcomes, and mentoring teams to produce best-in-class work that aligns with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive omnichannel media strategies across a variety of online and offline channels.
- Collaborate directly with clients and other agency teams to identify client objectives and KPI’s that media programs need to accomplish.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize media plans and provide strategic recommendations and insights for future initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and media partners to negotiate favorable rates and secure added value opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in media planning and buying.
- Collaborate with the Activation and Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of messaging across all media touchpoints.
- Manage budgets effectively, track expenditures, and provide regular reporting to clients on campaign performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 9 years of experience in media planning and buying, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong experience on B2B brands with the ability to translate business goals into media strategy and measurement plans.Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.Proven history of developing successful media campaigns that drive business growth.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas persuasively to clients and internal teams.Proficiency with media planning tools such as Nielsen, MRI-Simmons, Competitive reporting tools, GA4, GWI etc.Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, The Trade Desk, or other relevant platforms are a plus.What we can offer : 💫 What We Offer
