Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments, is seeking to hire a Client Systems Support Manager to lead the Client Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Client Systems Support team, which performs IT-related tasks throughout the Sweetwater enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Client Systems Support team, which provides technical assistance to the Sweetwater campus in Fort Wayne, Indiana
- Provide hardware and software support for MacOS and iOS devices
- Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of technology such as printers, cameras, Raspberry Pi's, Chrome-boxes, etc.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic networking and telephony issues
Qualifications
Prior experience leading Help Desk / IT teams in an enterprise environmentExperience in mentoring junior staff members to help them fulfill their potentialExcellent customer-facing communications skills in person, on the phone and via emailSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and driveStrong PC troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, preferably in a Mac / OS environmentStrong passion for electronics and technical consumer productsUnderstanding of IP networking and network troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of scripting with Bash, PowerShell, or Python (preferred)Microsoft Windows competency and experience with Active Directory (preferred)Desire to understand and improve technology and processes within the IT teamIdeal Team-Player
