This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for community engagement, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of influencer, ambassador or advocacy-based marketing initiatives.

You will oversee efficient development and execution of internal, chapter, and volunteer communications and marketing strategies.

Leads five critical areas including Chapter Marketing Enablement, Volunteer Marketing Engagement, Community Event Marketing, Community Communications, and Internal Comms.

You will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and retaining our employees, chapter members, and volunteers while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and culture valuesYou will be part of the Global Marketing leadership team and report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Essential Duties of the role :

Oversee communications and marketing plans serving our most invested audiences that align with PMI's strategic objectives and culture values to increase overall community growth, satisfaction, and engagement.

Develop and implement initiatives aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining chapter members, using KPIs such as Membership Growth Retention, Lifetime Value (LTV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure and optimize program success.

Provide guidance and support to employees, chapters and volunteers to ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to marketing best practices.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing employees and community members across various platforms, monitor existing channels for feedback, trends and opportunities to build, improve and scale engagement with our invested audiences.

What you will bring to the role : BA in communication, public relations, marketing, advertising, or related field.

10+ years of experience in community engagement, loyalty programs, retention marketing, or related areas

Demonstrated leadership and team development skills in a virtual-first global workforce.Expertise in influencer, ambassador, and loyalty marketing strategies.

Experience in community event planning and promotion.Knowledge of brand consistency and chapter support strategies.Familiarity with internal communication and employee advocacy initiatives.

Executive presence with the ability to command respect and gain credibility through the exercise of sound business judgment, clear decision-making, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to clearly understand and empathize with diverse points of view, develop trusting relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels, and effectively use influencing skills to collaborate and gain alignment.

Ability to travel 25% of the time- must be able to travel globally
