HVAC Trade Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Trade Services Review Specialist, HVAC.

Key Responsibilities

Build and provide content for the knowledge base regarding part prediction and remote claim diagnostics

Engage with technicians and consumers to remotely diagnose and resolve complicated issues

Review, modify, approve, or deny repair estimates that exceed initial dispatch limits

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience as an in-home technician in HVAC

Substantial knowledge of part procurement and diagnostic processes

Demonstrated success in service operations focused on customer satisfaction

Proven ability to manage in a rapidly changing, high-intensity business environment

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
