What Youll Do

Diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and more
Perform routine maintenance and pre-delivery inspections on both new and used units
Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
Work with the service team to ensure timely and high-quality repairs
Communicate with service advisors about diagnostics and repair timelines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Stay up-to-date on product training and manufacturer guidelines

What You Bring

2+ years of experience as an RV technician or in a related field (automotive, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

Strong mechanical and technical aptitude

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently

Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

RVIA / RVDA certification a plus, but not requiredwere happy to train the right person!
