Role Description
To drive revenue growth and client satisfaction by converting leads into sales, upselling existing customers, and supporting the sales team through effective communication, follow-up, and workflow management.
Position Outcomes
1. Lead Management & Appointment Setting
- Qualify 100% of leads
- Set 85% of qualified leads for appointments
2. Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth
Grow company close rate by 20% within 90 daysGenerate $60,000 in monthly sales revenue (new + upsells) by month 6Upsell at least 10% of past customers into new products / services per quarter3. Upselling and Rehashing
Complete 100% of weekly rehash calls to unsold appointments4. Service Agreements
Create and maintain a simple tracking system for service agreementsIncrease maintenance service agreements to $50,000 annually by June 30th 2026.Increase maintenance service agreements to $75,000 annually by December 15th, 2026.5. Customer Experience & Retention
Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% on post sale surveys.6. Be able to fill in for the GM from time to time to run office administrative duties for all weekly requirements.
