Job Overview :

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you'll work closely with nurses to provide hands-on care and support to patients. Some of your responsibilities will include :

This PCT position is specifically for an outpatient lactation clinic, performing infant weight checks and assisting mothers with lactation needs. The Lactation Patient Care Tech assists the Lactation Consultant with baby weight checks and answers basic lactation questions. Enters information into the electronic medical record. Provides excellent customer service in sales of gifts and lactation items. Knowledgeable of store products; operates cash register and calculates daily totals / settlements for deposit; schedules outpatient lactation appointments; and performs bra fittings.

This role involves exposure to bodily fluids and dynamic and sensitive situations. If you're compassionate, resilient, and detail-oriented, you'll play a vital role in ensuring quality care and making a real difference in our patients' lives.
