What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for any security-related concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors, employees, and / or patients with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site staff to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements :

A guard card or security license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
