Job Title : Warranty Services Representative

Location : Oxnard, CA 93030

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (100% onsite)

Pay : $22 / hr

Position Overview :

The Warranty Services Representative provides advanced support to customers via phone and electronic communication, handling warranty service requests including dispatching, validation, registration, vendor coordination, and service provider engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with product services and inquiries, particularly for complex multi-family or commercial projects
• Interpret and explain warranty coverage and procedures
• Coordinate returns for repair or replacement of defective items
• Utilize internal systems to track service requests, troubleshoot issues, and assess warranty eligibility
• Dispatch third-party contractors and follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr.
