Warranty Services Representative
Location : Oxnard, CA 93030
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (100% onsite)
Pay : $22 / hr
Position Overview :
The Warranty Services Representative provides advanced support to customers via phone and electronic communication, handling warranty service requests including dispatching, validation, registration, vendor coordination, and service provider engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist customers with product services and inquiries, particularly for complex multi-family or commercial projects
Interpret and explain warranty coverage and procedures
Coordinate returns for repair or replacement of defective items
Utilize internal systems to track service requests, troubleshoot issues, and assess warranty eligibility
Dispatch third-party contractors and follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
Required Skills & Experience :
Experience handling inbound and outbound customer service or technical support calls
Proficiency in processing refunds and resolving customer issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM / ERP systems
Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and correspondence
Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience in warranty services is a plus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 / hr.
