Job Summary : The Kitchen Steward Lead position will support the operational team by ensuring the Food and Beverage spaces, including but not limited to the kitchen, dish / pot / laundry rooms, dry storage, and hot line, are impeccably clean, sanitized, and ready for service at all times. This position will help ensure that the facility meets or exceeds health and safety standards.

- Position Type : Full-Time, Year-Round
- Start Date : Starting ASAP
- Pay : $16.50 per hour
- Schedule : Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our food preparation areas.Keeping the kitchen, pot room, dish room, laundry room, and dry storage spotless, including floors, walls, slip-proof mats, and exterior surfaces of kitchen equipment.Cleaning, sanitizing, and labeling all children's highchairs.Ensuring trash receptacles are emptied and cleaned after food outlets close, including all bussing stations.Performing deep cleaning of larger kitchen equipment like ovens, stoves, fryers, and refrigerators to prevent grease and food residue buildup.Cleaning vents, filters, and exhaust systems to maintain air quality and hygiene in food service areas.Reporting health or safety hazards to the supervisor and taking immediate action to address issues, including reporting pest activity and assisting with preventative measures.Monitoring cleaning supplies and informing supervisors when stock levels are low or additional items are needed.Ensuring cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored when not in use.Following company and departmental environmental and safety practices, policies, and procedures.Other duties as assigned.
