Pay : Total annual compensation ranges from $85k to $95k based on experience and efficiency; the pay is Piece Rate (overtime available)

Job Schedule : Typical schedule is M-F, starting at 6 : 45 am

Job Summary :

As an experienced replacement HVAC installer, you will meet with customers and change out their HVAC system components; install mini-split systems; and install indoor air quality products.

Job Responsibilities :

• Run and work a job from start to finish.
• Change out / replace residential HVAC systems.
• Install Mini-Split systems.
• Operate company vehicles daily.
• Follow instructions from the supervisor and carry them out promptly.
• Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors.
