Job descriptionDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a production environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality. Effective communication and collaboration across departments. Proficiency in using production systems and tools to manage operations. Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate plant maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage material replenishment.
- Support and develop team members through coaching and training.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational goals.
