For over 40 years, Hoffmann Brothers has served as the premier HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Appliance Repair service and installation contractor in the St Louis area. The Performance Marketing Manager will be a key player in our growing marketing organization : bridging strategy, technology, and execution to ensure every marketing dollar is measurable, optimized, and driving business impact. This role oversees omni-channel campaign performance across all brands, manages agency partnerships, and is responsible for helping train, coach and develop a best-in-class team. As we evolve into a data and AI-native marketing organization, this position ensures full visibility and accountability across all paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing efforts.
Campaign Performance & Strategy
- Partner with Sr. Director of Performance Marketing to translate business goals into integrated campaign plans across the Hoffmann Brothers portfolio of brands.
- Oversee campaign execution across Google, Meta, OTT, and other digital channels managed by our external agency.
- Lead the execution of other marketing campaigns in O&O channels such as SMS, Email, and direct mail in partnership with the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing.
- Ensure strategic alignment of campaigns with capacity, lead flow, and operational goals.
- Lead optimization initiatives to drive efficiency, reduce cost per lead, and improve ROI.
Attribution, Data & Reporting
Collaborate with the marketing operations and BI teams to ensure proper attribution and tracking within ServiceTitan, while establishing best practices within our campaigns so all leads and campaigns are properly tagged and reported.Maintain tracking standards and data hygiene across all marketing platforms, including but not limited to UTM tracking, event tracking, and campaign naming conventions.Partner with the BI & Analytics team to develop automated dashboards that visualize performance across channels, brands, and customer journeys.Deliver weekly and monthly performance scorecards for leadership review.Design, implement and report on AB or multivariate tests to continuously improve results.Vendor & Technology Management
Act as primary liaison for our digital marketing agency partners — overseeing budgets, media plans, and performance reporting.Ensure vendors are meeting SLAs, following brand standards, and are meeting established KPIs (ROAS, CPA, Cost Efficiency, etc.).Collaborate with web and tech teams on website tracking infrastructure, including tag management systems, conversion pixels, and event configurations across paid media platforms.Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and coach the Marketing Opportunity Specialists ensuring alignment on short-term execution and long-term campaign initiatives.Manage workload prioritization, project assignments, and QA processes within Monday.com.Collaborate closely with Content & Community team on creative assets and campaign messaging.Serve as the go-to marketing partner for business operations leaders seeking performance visibility or campaign support.Collaborate with Sr. Director of Performance Marketing on helping evolve the team into an AI-native marketing organization.Requirements
Minimum of six years in performance marketing, digital campaign management, or marketing operations.Experience leading and developing a best-in-class performance marketing team.Strong understanding of paid media strategy and execution (Google Ads, Meta, OTT, etc.) and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, or Power BI).Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation in producing novel solutions to problems.Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM / marketing automation tools in home services a major plus.Proven ability to manage agencies, optimize campaigns to hit KPIs, and connect marketing performance to business outcomes.Quick thinker who can diagnose issues and solve problems efficiently.Naturally inquisitive problem-solver who thrives on asking the right questions and exploring new approaches to optimize performance.Exceptional communication, data literacy, and organizational skills.Benefits
