The Account Executive is responsible for developing, growing and retaining key strategic partnerships. This role fosters relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supports operational needs and implements growth objectives of the assigned Strategic Partner client(s). The Account Executive helps to achieve annual membership, retention, revenue and profitability goals.

Major duties and responsibilities include :

• Building and maintaining strong relationships cross-functionally within health plan partners at multiple levels and across commercial and / or government segments.
• Supporting strategic business plans focused on retention, growing business and achieving financial targets for assigned Strategic Partner client(s).
• Consulting with external Strategic Partner stakeholders to identify and achieve goals of both EyeMed and the Strategic Partner organizations.
• Successfully representing client needs within internal organization and influencing key internal teams to achieve client focused expectations and implement client requests.
• Identifying client influencers and developing strong partnerships.
• Collaborating with Strategic Partner sales and marketing organizations to deliver new business growth objectives.
• Maintaining solid understanding and ensuring consistent delivery of Strategic Partner's ongoing operational and reporting requirements and expectations.
• Serving as a thought leader and vision care expert internally and externally to develop innovative processes / successes.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
