Business Development Executive - Manufacturing and Distribution
About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing provider of facility and repair services, is seeking a highly connected Business Development Executive to drive growth within the manufacturing and distribution sectors . This is a remote position with a focus on clients across the Eastern United States.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage an established network of contacts in manufacturing and distribution to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, plant managers, and distribution leaders.
Lead the process of developing proposals, bidding, and winning large-scale service contracts for warehouses and distribution centers.
Represent the company at industry associations, networking events, and trade shows to expand visibility and influence.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven track record in business development, sales, or consulting specifically within manufacturing and / or distribution (required).
Strong, active network of industry contacts who can open doors and create opportunities.
Experience winning large contracts in facility services, building repair, or related sectors (preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote capacity, with occasional travel as needed.
