Job descriptionPlan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate Follow a daily and weekly schedule Provide basic care and caregiving activities Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones Communicate with parents and update them on their childrens activities Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider Strong understanding of child development and approved by Licensing to be a Lead Teacher. Patient, kind, and nurturing Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills First aid / CPR certified
