Who You Are

As Nutrabolt's Director, Total Rewards, you will lead the strategy and execution of our compensation, benefits, perks, and payroll programs globally. You'll manage a team and work cross-functionally to ensure our programs are competitive, scalable, and aligned with our business goals. You bring a strategic mindset, a bias for action, and a passion for building programs that support our people.

This role is eligible to participate in our Nutrabolt Bonus Plan.

What You're Good At

Compensation

• Own and evolve Nutrabolt's global compensation strategy to support growth, ensure we remain competitive and equitable across markets.
• Plan and execute annual merit review cycles that support the company's performance review processes
• Provide first line of support to People Strategy team in supporting market data requests, benchmark analysis and other compensation related requests
