This position is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of domestic water distribution systems, steam distribution systems, sanitary sewerage systems, irrigation systems, fire suppression systems, and their appurtenant equipment throughout the complex.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Measures, cuts, threads, and bends pipe using hand and power tools or machines such as pipe cutters, pipe-threading, and pipe-bending machines
• Locates and marks the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, and fixtures in structures, using measuring instruments such as rulers and levels
• Maintains all water features, pools, and spas
• Maintains proper water chemistry in all water features
• Responsible for backflow maintenance and repair
