Director of Learning & Development

A company is looking for a Director of Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a multi-year learning and development strategy aligned with growth objectives

Oversee the creation and deployment of scalable, multi-modal learning programs for a geographically dispersed workforce

Partner with leaders to design and enhance performance management frameworks and leadership development initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development

Deep knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and clinical education models

Experience designing scalable programs for a multi-state, multi-site workforce

Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern digital learning platforms
