Otis Elevator is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join and lead our maintenance operations and help us continue to provide exceptional service to our customers. The main goal of the role is to provide day-to-day management and training of field staff, including employee selection and development, field training, and safety. This individual will also lead operational efforts, managing costs while ensuring superior customer satisfaction. You will report to the Sr Manager, Denver Service Sales & Ops in the Denver territory.

Salary Transparency : The salary range for this role is $115,000 - 140,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
