Key Responsibilities
Oversee the onboarding journey from sales handoff to implementation
Conduct customized training sessions tailored to customer needs
Maintain regular check-ins with customers to track progress and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
Experience in SaaS customer support and / or dental office is desired
Proficiency in using systems for managing onboarding and training processes
