We're looking for a strategic Program Business Manager with a background in IT-business alignment and enterprise-level program support to support critical government and intelligence initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to align IT initiatives with mission requirements
  • Analyze enterprise-level operational challenges and recommend actionable IT solutions
  • Guide investment strategies and support decision-making across IT portfolios
  • Monitor and manage program budgets, financial execution, and performance metrics
  • Translate mission objectives into business and technical requirements
  • Support development of enterprise roadmaps and strategic planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with program managers, technical leads, and senior leadership to ensure goal alignment

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • TS / SCI clearance required , including additional security screenings

    • Full Performance : High school diploma / GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience

  • Senior Level : High school diploma / GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years
  • Expert / Master Level : High school diploma / GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years
  • Strong experience in program management, business analysis, or enterprise IT strategy
  • Proven ability to align mission goals with IT capabilities
  • Expertise in budget tracking, resource planning, and strategic investment
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with federal acquisition, IT governance, or enterprise architecture frameworks
