Office Location : 1010 Plymouth Road, Suite D York, PA 17402

Coverage area : Lancaster, PA- Can be asked to travel throughout territory as patient needs warrant

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8AM-4 : 30PM. On-call rotation and holiday coverage requirement

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation

1 year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred

Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred

Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care

Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
