Greet customersManage large amounts of customer interactions in person and by phoneUse our shop management software to create estimates and repair ordersSell services to customers in-person and over the phone with honesty and integrityIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionSchedule and coordinate daily and weekly appointmentsBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customersProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / toolsMeet personal / customer service team sales targets and sales quotasHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesGo the extra mile to engage customersKeep front of shop clean and always organizedJob Type : Full-time
Day range :
Weekends off (always). Monday through FridayPay Weekly : Base + Bonus range of $800 - $1630. Depending on skill
