The duties of a Wireless Customer Sales Advisor include :

• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend the most suitable plans and devices.
• Master product knowledge across a diverse range of wireless devices, accessories, and service plans, staying updated on new offerings and industry trends.
• Accurately process customer applications, activations, and service changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships that encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with Wireless Customer Sales Advisor Members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and high-performing sales environment.
• Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service expertise.
