SunSource is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Accounting Manager to join our growing finance organization in Addison, IL. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing core accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and driving key process and systems improvements across the corporate function. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented and tenured team while driving meaningful process improvements and contributing to transformational projects across accounting and finance. As a key member of the corporate accounting team, this role will report into the Assistant Controller, and will be an integral part of the broader Finance team. The person will ensure accurate financial reconciliation, create financial reporting, support integration of new systems, and strengthen process excellence. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, drives for results, balances analytical thinking with hands-on execution and is comfortable with various systems and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead day-to-day corporate accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Manage and mentor a team of experienced accountants, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Create and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure completeness and accuracy of reported results.
• Partner with the Assistant Controller and Controller on financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis of corporate and divisional.
